If you’re looking for a quiet but very active community with lakes for fishing, swimming, boating, etc.; golf; hiking; social activities and so many other amenities and organizations, look no further.  We wanted a new community where we would have many opportunities to meet other residents and we believe Connestee Falls will provide that. We are excited about this new chapter in our lives and we are so thankful for Nolan Riess’ help in making it happen.

Nolan also was someone I trusted right away. He was always upfront and
honest, realistic in his approach and definitely more of a “service” type of realtor. I knew he wanted to help me find the perfect place for me, not just make a sale. I was not the easiest client.
