I worked with Sarah Hysong on selling my home in the summer of 2018. I found her very helpful and responsive to my needs. I was out of town for much of the time my house was being shown so she took the responsibility for having my house open and ready to when a showing was scheduled. The website kept me well informed with feedback about each showing. She handled all the details of the sale as well as helping with setting up inspections and negotiating. She was positive and encouraging. I recommend her highly.

We first came to Brevard in 2016 just looking for a pre-retirement home. Stopped at Connestee Falls and met Sarah. We liked her right off. She was very attentive and answered all our questions. Sarah was never pushy but was available anytime we needed her. Sarah sold us our first home in Connestee.

I am pleased to write a review for Sarah Hysong. Over the course of my life, I’ve dealt with many realtors and Sarah rates as one of the very best I’ve encountered. She actually became my realtor through the luck of the draw when I first contacted the office about a showing. Over the course of almost a year, Sarah showed me numerous homes for sale. She was extremely patient with me as I turned down one after another. Sarah was always pleasant and I never felt rushed or hurried to make a decision. When I contacted her regarding a home I wanted to see, her response was always prompt, both in returning the call and setting up a viewing.

As is often the case, a house on Maple Street that I wanted to see was already under contract by the time I called. I was disappointed, but to my surprise sometime later Sarah contacted me saying that the deal was falling through and the house would be back on the market in a few days. Was I still interested?  I was. We scheduled a viewing early on the first day it was back on the market and had it under contract that evening. And after that, things just got better. Sarah was very helpful, taking the lead in setting up inspections and taking care of all the details. Closing went smoothly and I was ready to move into my new home in a very short time. I’ve now been here for over a year and I love it. I’m grateful to Sarah for all her help and would highly recommend her to other home buyers (I have actually referred some friends to her already).

Sarah was open and honest about the homes we toured if she was the listing agent, and even showed us a few homes that were not even for sale at the time, but were due to be completed in the coming months. It was certainly not a difficult decision to purchase the home in Connestee Falls, the area speaks for itself. Sarah communicated by phone or text promptly, and coordinated everything for our closing. Since we are from out of state, and not moving in immediately after closing, Sarah has acted as the property manager and directed the installation of utilities, appliances and general oversight of the home until we could arrive. Sarah and Lynda Hysong even went out of their way to ensure that a car I had shipped down got delivered and put into the garage….at 10 PM on a Thursday night!
