She attained her MBA while raising three children. This laid the foundation for many transferable skills such as strategic thinking, clearer communication, and the hard-earned ethic of time management. She also inherited her mother’s creative staging aptitude in transforming a house into a home. She has a systematic, detailed approach to all of her real estate transactions, and focuses on keeping her clients well informed and drama free.

Kirt and Cathy are licensed in both North Carolina and Florida, and together have a 30 years combined experience in the real estate industry. They are constantly knee-deep in ongoing remodel and rehab projects. They have owned a home in Connestee Falls, Brevard, for 17 years and currently reside there full time. They feel privileged to serve this beautiful mountain community, and after work, can be found hiking with their three dogs, biking, or off exploring on a surf trip.
