After studying and visiting lake communities in five states and extensively in North Carolina, we decided Connestee Falls was definitely the best community for us.  At the beginning of this three-year process, we met Nolan Riess and he started telling us about all the amenities and natural wonders of Connestee while also keeping us posted about possible homes.  Nolan has patiently and cheerfully worked with us all this time and with his consistent but never high-pressure help, we recently purchased a beautiful home on an amazing lot on Lake Ataghi.
