We have been looking to buy a house in the mountains for 10 plus years and I could never find an area that I truly loved until I contacted Sarah. First of all, she was the only person that actually took the time to call me back (I was an out of towner). Once we met up and started looking we really went at it. She showed me a bunch of houses all over the area all while I had 3 kids and a puppy in tow. We looked for a solid week (poor Sarah). But finally, after some budget changing, we found a house we Loved!! Sarah is truly part of our family now we could not be more proud to call her our friend and favorite Realtor/Broker.

I had responded to a home listing on a realty website, and called Connestee Falls Realty, as they were the listing agency. Sarah Hysong answered the phone, and I immediately knew that she was going to be a pleasure to work with. From an initial interview of our preferences and desires to a day-long tour of approximately 15 homes in the Connestee Falls complex as well as in the town of Brevard, Sarah narrowed down the homes that she found to fit our needs. Sarah was open and honest about the homes we toured if she was the listing agent, and even showed us a few homes that were not even for sale at the time, but were due to be completed in the coming months. It was certainly not a difficult decision to purchase the home in Connestee Falls, the area speaks for itself. Sarah communicated by phone or text promptly, and coordinated everything for our closing. Since we are from out of state, and not moving in immediately after closing, Sarah has acted as the property manager and directed the installation of utilities, appliances and general oversight of the home until we could arrive. Sarah and Lynda Hysong even went out of their way to ensure that a car I had shipped down got delivered and put into the garage….at 10 PM on a Thursday night! As is often the case, a house on Maple Street that I wanted to see was already under contract by the time I called. I was disappointed, but to my surprise sometime later Sarah contacted me saying that the deal was falling through and the house would be back on the market in a few days. Was I still interested?  I was. We scheduled a viewing early on the first day it was back on the market and had it under contract that evening. And after that, things just got better. Sarah was very helpful, taking the lead in setting up inspections and taking care of all the details. Closing went smoothly and I was ready to move into my new home in a very short time. I’ve now been here for over a year and I love it. I’m grateful to Sarah for all her help and would highly recommend her to other home buyers (I have actually referred some friends to her already).
